Chatham County Together!'s mission is to encourage "at risk" youth and young adults to become healthy, self -sufficient, and contributing members of society by:

• Fostering positive mentoring relationships
• Encouraging academic success
• Teaching valuable skills
• Offering family advocacy & support one-on-one, in small group and/or family settings.
