Chatham County Together!'s mission is to encourage "at risk" youth and young adults to become healthy, self -sufficient, and contributing members of society by:

Fostering positive mentoring relationships
Encouraging academic success
Teaching valuable skills
Offering family advocacy & support one-on-one, in small group and/or family settings.

Computers for Kids

With the able leadership of CCT! volunteer, Jeff Bouton, CCT! has delivered 6 computers to youth and college bound students from Horton Middle, Northwood, Chatham Central, Chatham New School and UNC Pembroke.

In today’s society, technology is required in order to minimally achieve success. Those students at a disadvantage are rapidly falling through the cracks.

Donations for quality machines are needed. Please call us if you’d like to make a donation.

In Hispanic culture, the Posada is a time marked with families visiting one another in their homes, sharing a meal and exchanging gifts.
